Experience

I started my career in 2011 working with teens in a residential treatment program. That experience showed me how powerful therapy can be and inspired me to become the therapist I am today.

Since then, I've worked with children, teens and adults in residential, inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health settings. I moved into private practice in 2018.

I've supported people through trauma, mental health crises and some of the hardest seasons of their lives. Those experiences taught me how to stay calm, meet people where they are and believe in their ability to heal, no matter how overwhelming things may feel.

Today, I provide virtual therapy for teens and adults experiencing complex trauma, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions and other mental health challenges, helping clients build practical tools, strengthen resilience and move toward lasting healing.

What I value most about this work is the people. Every person has a unique story, and it is a privilege to be trusted with it. I don't take that responsibility lightly. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported and accepted, just as you are.
